Preston was born and raised in Central Florida and graduated from Edgewater High School in 1998. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2003. He is a Black Belt in the Okinawan Style of Martial Arts, Yoshukai. Preston has held eight world titles in various sport fighting and kickboxing organizations. He stars in the instructional fighting series “Rock Solid Sparring”, by Century Vision, and “Classroom Sparring Drills and Games for Kids” by Black and Blue Productions.  Preston also was a Team Captain while fighting for Team Paul Mitchell Sports.

Preston is currently a Territory Manager for H&E Equipment Services. H&E is the leading supplier of equipment for construction, earthmoving, compaction, paving and material handling customers and is ranked in the top 10 of RER’s top 100 equipment rental companies in North America.

Prior to joining H&E, Preston worked as a manager for Hertz Local Edition. He has also taught martial arts and self-defense to women, men and children for over 10 years.

In his free time, Preston enjoys working out and has a passion for singing, writing and traveling the world. He has traveled to South Africa, Canada, Guatemala, and most of Europe to fight for world titles.
