J.R. Tanghal

J.R. was born in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Florida at an early age . He graduated from Orlando’s Boone High School in 1998 and then went on to receive a Bachelors Degree in Exercise & Sports Sciences with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology, from the University of Florida in 2002. J.R. has always been an active person from sports to sporting events and of course many philanthropic events throughout the year; both with Guys with Ties, as well as hosting a few on his own. Currently, J.R. is a Regional Sales Manager for a medical device company that works with surgeons and physical therapists in regaining patient’s range of motion non-surgically and surgically.
