Eric is a native Floridian; raised in Tampa while being surrounded by the Development and Construction Industry through the family business. Eric is a graduate of The University of North Florida, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Construction and Real Estate Development.

Mr. Penaranda is an associate within the Industrial Services Group of Grubb & Ellis Company. He specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the Central Florida Market. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis Company, Mr. Penaranda managed large scale commercial construction projects.
